Kairos is a FOSS platform that has GoTrain integrated as its main data source. It also has a rendering API for a 128x64 dot matrix display.
Kairos is available at kairos.knijn.one. For documentation on the api view the repository.
GoTrain is a FOSS web service that converts the data from NS InfoPlus to a RESTful API.
note: GoTrain runs on the best effort stream from NDOV.
